Deuterium (D2)
Deuterium is also known as gheavy hydrogenh due to the added mass of the neutron. It is used in a variety of applications, ranging from University and industrial research comparison between the hydrogen and deuterium and deposited film analysis, to use as a rapid thermal anneal for certain semiconductor devices where hydrogen's mass is not desired.
Threshold Limit Value (TLV): Not toxic but acts as an asphyxiant gas.
Physical properties: Highly flammable
